Ibu kontrakan yg mengejutkan...

Pagi ini seperti biasa Mbak Ida - asisten rumah tangga ibu kontrakan- (Gw ngontrak rumah. Jadi yg punya kontrakan gw panggil "Ibu kontrakan" aja ya) mengantarkan cucian yg udah rapih. Ternyata...ini adalah kali terakhir dia mengantarkan cucian gw karna dia pamit mau pulang kampung & nggak bakal balik lagi.
Yang terlintas dalam pikiran gw pas dia pamit adalah : "Jadi ntar sapa yang mau nyuciin & nyetrika baju gw? Masak nyuci sendiri? (keluh)"
Trus gw tanya alasan dia "resign". Jawabannya sungguh mengejutkan. Katanya dia udah nggak tahan lagi kerja ama ibu kontrakan karna ibu kontrakan suka ngomong kasar ama dia and dia mengatakan hal tersebut sambil berlinang air mata. Gw and adik gw cuma terbengong-bengong aja ngedengernya. Antara percaya and nggak. Soale ibu kontrakan yang kita kenal orangnya sangat baik and santun. Tiap kita komplain-misalnya soal air yg kadang suka ngadat-dia pasti sigap menyelesaikan masalah tersebut and sambil berkali-kali minta maap. Waktu itu aja pas gw baru pindah and nanyain salon mana yang bagus disekitar rumah (pas mo kondangan tuh), dia nggak hanya menunjukkan jalannya tapi malah sekalian nganterin kesalon tersebut. Bikin gw terkesan ama kebaikan dia. Trus pas gw kemukakan soal kebaikan ibu kontrakan ke Mbak Ida, dengan ketusnya dia bilang "Diluarnya aja yang baik, Mbak!" . Gw and adik gw cuma bisa terdiam. Akhirnya mbak Ida pun pamit and nggak berapa lama meninggalkan rumah untuk terakhir kalinya.
Perkataan mbak Ida tentang ibu kontrakan bikin gw berpikir. Benarkah ibu kontrakan hanya baik dipermukaan aja? Benarkah beliau memperlakukan mbak Ida semena-mena? Entahlah...tapi hal ini membuat gw & adik gw jadi lebih berhati-hati bersikap terhadap ibu kontrakan. You never know...what's inside people's heart & mind...
Tapi...siapa nih, yang mo nyuciin & nyetrikain baju gw?? huhuhuhu.... :(

Full Moon...

It was full moon yesterday.

I was standing in front of CCF gate yesterday night and waiting for taxi. Then when I looked up, I saw a full moon covered by puffy clouds. It soft ligth allured in painted dark blue sky. Mon Dieu...elle est magnifique!

When I arrived at home, before I opened the front door, I just stood for a while at the terrace and looked up again to that Goddes of Night and thinking...Should I take her picture? Could my Nikon 55-200mm lens capture her face well? But..then I decided..."Next time, gorgeus...next time"

were looked different without you

Sepenggal lirik lagu dari Travis : "Flowers in the window". Pas denger lagu ini sekitar 2 bulan yang lalu di Prambors, gw pikir ini single Travis dari albumnya yang terbaru. Setelah gw browsing, ternyata lagu ini dari album "Invisible band" tahun 2001. Waaah...gw ngapain ya pas tahun itu ampe kelewat lagu bagus kaya gini? (lagi berkutat ama field work yg bikin cuapeeeeeek kayanya :D)

Anyway...gw suka banget lagu ini. Selain musiknya enak didenger and cheerful trus liriknya itu loh! You're one in the million and I love you so... Wah kalo dinyanyiin lagu ini ama L'amour de ma vie, say yessss aja daaah! hohoho :D

Gw nggak terlalu ngerti maksud liriknya apaan tapi musiknya kereeeen abeessss....jedag jedug rock & roll tapi elegant. Musiknya kaya gabungaan Daft punk and Muse. Tiap dengerin lagu ini diputar, volume radio gw kerasin ampe pol biar jejingkrakannya maksimal! Ampun Deeejaaaaaaayyyy!!! lebay deh...hehehehe :D

Five things that I love the most : Music, Photography, Traveling,Reading and Writing.

"You're a music freak!" Said one of my colleague once. That's quite true coz you may ask me any new song or singer or bands then I'll name them promptly and well. I frequently update my MP3 list by downloading lot of songs and always listen to Prambors fm coz this radio is a very trustfull source for any music update.

As for traveling, it's my desire as well as Photography. I always love travel since forever I guess. Lucky me my job as Geologist in service company for Oil & Gas industry frequently brougth me abroad. So traveling is part of job desk, i could say though it's not always to adorable places yet I enjoy it so much. It was my Nikon that always accompanied my trip. Lot of interesting things during the trip that I managed to capture, thanks to my camera. Also i love Photography coz when I put my eyes on view finder and focusing myself to achieve great pictures, I could forget anything else. Every burden melt away for a while when I'm with my Nikon. Beside that photography also brought new friends by several fotography hunting session that I joined. It's always nice to meet new faces.

The next thing I keen to do anytime I could is reading. My daily activity starts with reading paper. On the weekend when I want to entertain myself after all out in rush week then I'll take one of my 'manga' (comic) collections then gigling afterward. If I want to enrich my knowledge then National Geographic magazine will fulfill it. If I want to sharp my brain then the collection of Agatha Christie will do it. If I want to have deep thinking and educate my mind with memorable quote or stunning words then I'll drown myself with literatures.

Then about writing, I enjoy it very much yet I never took it seriously. So far only emailing that I frequently do (could YM count as well? ;p ) while there are so many thoughts and ideas running in my mind yet I was too lazy to write them down. I only keep in my mind till it vanish and I forget about it. I even encouraged myself to write by buying a petite diary with attractive red cover. At the beginning I was excited filling page by page with my thought or silly daily story but after a week that cute diary remains in my bag. :D

Then I visited my good friend blog, Jessi who lives in Paris now(http://www.jesselinbachtiar.blogspot.com/). Most of her writing is about her daily life. It's short and simple yet it's catchy and entertain. I captivated by her blog and it inspired me. So today, I create my blog account and make promise to myself that start from now on I'll take writing seriously and will frequently update the content of this blog no matter how dull is my daily activity or how silly is my thought.

I also hope by reading my blog people will get to know me better.
